Bahati draws large crowds for his historical album launch!!

This past weekend  was an event packed one with local music being the theme that enveloped the entire span with gospel singer and AFRIMMA gospel artiste of the year winner Bahati, owned it!

The ‘Barua’ hit maker, had his album launch 'Barua Za Bahati', this past Sunday on the 14^th at NPC Valley Road and he made history tapping into a side most Kenyans fail to show; showing up for an album launch in immense numbers!

Speaking to Bahati, he was still exhausted from the event but gathered the shade of little energy still left in him to express some gratitude, “I want to acknowledge my fans for the amazing turn out and crowd engagement they showed all through the performance …. I wish there’s a way I could personally thank each of them for making this possible”.

Despite the colossal success this young mind accomplishes, it amazes me how he is able to remain humble! I am glad Kenyans are embracing the act of supporting our local content by turning out at such events. A hearty handshake to his fellow artists who also showed up to support their own: DJ Hypnotiq, Ruth Matete, Daddy Owen, HopeKid and Rufftone just to name a few.

If you were lucky enough to be in the crowd, then I can actually say you made Christ proud by supporting his vessel, Bahati.
