D'banj Marks Marriage Anniversary With Sweet Message To Wife

Nigerian artist Oladapo Daniel Oyebanjo, better known by his stage name D'banj on Thursday celebrated his marriage anniversary in style, leaving a sweet message to his wife.
D'banj who wears many hats from being a musician, singer, songwriter, rapper, entrepreneur and television personality was celebrating four years of being in marriage.
The 40-year-old singer married Lineo Didi Kilgrow in 2016 and together they have a child named Daniel Oyebanjo III.
In the anniversary post on his social media pages, D'banj showered praises to his wife
"To my beautiful wife , Heartbeat, love of my life and Partner ........Happy marriage Anniversary to us. You mean Everything to me," he posted on Instagram and Twitter alongside a photo of them.
D'banj who started his music career in 2004 has won several music awards, including the awards for Best African Act at the MTV Europe Music Awards 2007, Artist of the Year at the MTV Africa Music Awards 2009, Best International Act: Africa at the 2011 BET Awards, Best-selling African Artist at the 2014 World Music Awards, and Evolution award at the 2015 MTV Africa Music awards.
The singer has been at the centre of controversy recently after a woman identified as Seyitan Babatayo accused him of rape.
It is claimed that D'banj raped Seyitan, who has already formally filed her complaint with the police, in a hotel room sometime in 2018, accusations the singer has denied.
The matter is still under police investigations.
D'banj is commonly refered to as Koko Master, courtesy of his hit single 'Koko' that was used by the PDP (ruling political party in Nigeria) as its campaign theme for the 2007 general elections.
He is best known internationally for his 2012 summer hit "Oliver Twist", an up-tempo dance fusion of Afrobeats and electronic dance music that topped the African charts in 2011 and was a top 10 hit in the UK singles chart in 2012 reaching number 2 on the UK R&B chart.
