Video Review: Get Down And Dance by Amileena and Calvo

The superb team up between songbird Amileena and rap skilled rapper Calvo has yielded more than just new music; it has shown that collaborations are not just about being able to fit in a booth and recording, it’s about being able to sound better together.
Their new video, “Get Down And Dance” is more than proof to these words. For this reason I decided to get fans opinions on the video, because we don’t all share opinions.
“What genre is that song if I may ask? I like the bridging of the sounds but I kind of feel like they are simply making noise at some point. The video too is shabby” shared an underwhelmed fan
“I feel Amileena contributed more in this song than Calvo . The vocals are amazing, the rap part? Not so amazing. Not to be a back sit driver, but the video I feel should have been better, considering the duos past songs” shared another
“I must say I love the path Amileena is on! Unlike other former TPF contestants, she has remained consistent and relevant. I love her and her work! Are they dating by the way? Because the chemistry in this video is amazing.” Added an enthusiastic fan.
“I there a thing Calvo can’t do? Enyewe mwanaume ni effort! He lives by his words making every one of his works better than the last. I am an upcoming artiste and though I don’t do hip hop, this is one artiste I look up to” shared an artiste.

There you go. Varying sentiments but whether negative or not, they are important because at the end of the day, music needs an audience.
