Young rappers Patrick Ssenyonjo aka Fresh Kid and Nanyanzi Faith alias Felista are a happy lot after the Managing Director of Kampala Parents’ School (KPS) Rajiv Ruparelia donated two tablets to help in the duo’s online classes.

Due to the current lock down and closing of schools, Kampala Parents is one of the schools in Uganda that has encouraged online classes until the situation is cleared.

Sadly, Fresh Kid and Felista could not afford the services and Rajiv came in handy, courtesy of Ruparelia Foundation.

While giving them the gadgets, Rajiv revealed he was not aware that the rappers did not have access to the classes, adding that he only got to know this through a friend.

"The Ruparelia Foundation decided that we do not see the pandemic ending very soon. And because of the way the management of the school has been moving with classes, we found it only right to offer the tab so that he may be able to do his online classes so he continues to study and outshine in his performance," Rajiv said.

"I'm excited because I'm going to start studying from home, also research about what is happening in the world," Fresh Kid said.

Fresh Kid and Felista are on full scholarship at KPS through the Ruparelia Foundation. Fresh Kid was the first to get the scholarship in last year, then Felista joined in February this year.
