“Last year was epic and we're grateful for the opportunity. That's actually the time we met @indiaarie (at the airport) on our way to @essencefest and fast-forward we made a beautiful track together on our new album #MidnightTrain tiltled "My Everything" which is out now. Here's to another year, another chance to play for the #Essence crowd. It's gonna be a very special virtual experience for the black culture,” Sauti Sol posted on Instagram.

The festival comes barely a month after Sauti Sol dropped their Midnight Train album that is doing extremely well on digital platforms.

The concert is expected to provide a platform for them to perform their new songs to a global audience.

Some of the tops songs in the album include; Midnight Train, Disco Matanga, Sober Suzzana, Brighter Days, Nenda Lote, Set me Free among others.
