It has now been confirmed, 8:8:8 #TareheNANEsaaNANEmweziwaNANE is the official release date of Octopizzo, Namba nane's finest single 'Salute Me' featuring M.I. The video preview of the single caused a major stir a while back when it was released with artists and fans alike giving it rave reviews and terming it as 'game changing'.
Speaking about the new single to Mdundo a while back he stated that "People should expect the unexpected, international level, what Kenya has been crying for" and all we can do now is wait in anticipation to see if he steps up to his promise.
The single is off his upcoming mixtape whose release date is yet to be confirmed, and it will be a follow up of his debut album 'Choclate City' which was released earlier on this year. It has been a long yet well deserved journey for Octopizzo ever since he made his debut in the music industry and it is safe to say that he has achieved what many Hip hop artists in the country can only wish to achieve, and as he put it a while back, his wish is to see the music industry have healthy competition.
