Nay wa Mitego Releases New Emotional Song ‘Mungu Yuko Wapi’ Featuring Shamy

Tanzanian rapper Nay wa Mitego has dropped a new emotive song dubbed ‘Mungu Yuko Wapi’ featuring former Salaam TMK singer Shamy .
‘Mungu Yuko Wapi’ highlights the suffering of many people as he questions whether God really exists.
According to Nay wa Mitego, there is so much evil that has since been overlooked for the longest time.
“….Wenye roho Mbaya ni Mungu wewe unawapa hela, wana Makosa kibao na hatuwaoni jela. Kuna hawa viongozi makatili na madictator, wanatesa watu wanaua watu, Sababu ya madaraka wanajiona miungu watu,Bay Zaidi hawafi haraka watu wenye roho mbaya, Mungu ni kweli upo na unayatazama hapa….” he posed.
He hits hard at false prophets in churches, poverty, unwarranted killings among many others things facing Tanzanians in their day to day life.
Listening to the song, you get to feel the pain that Nay wa Mitego is going through, and the same has been expressed creatively through the video.
The video revolves around the imagery of a society that is eating away by the day, thanks to a few mean entities.
The video is doing well online, and has so far managed over 260k views on YouTube.
