Femi-One Finally Displaced from Top Spot on Mdundo Weekly Chart

Kenya’s top female rapper Femi One has finally been displaced from the top spot on Mdundo weekly chart after months of dominating other East African artistes.

Femi One’s viral hit ‘Utawezana’ featuring Mejja had been on the top spot for close to three months, but was relegated to position two by Diamond’s ‘Jeje’ hit.

The Top 10 list is dominated by songs from Tanzanian artistes, an indication that Bongo Flavour music is gaining much audience in Kenya.

Other artistes who managed to make it to the top ten include; Sailors, Ethic, Harmonize, Darassa, Simi and Khaligraph.
