Renowned Ugandan musician and songwriter Peter Kanyike popularly known as Peter Miles had been on a music break for almost five years, before he teamed up with Herbert Skillz and Jamaica's Wayne Wonder to release 'My Girl' visuals in April this year.

The 'Front line' hit maker revealed that he is back and will soon be releasing his much anticipated international music album.

Speaking during a recent interview, Peter Miles gave us an insight on what we should expect in this yet to be released album.

"It is a full international album. You will be listening to very many songs, different sounds. The trans party music, something like the "Watch out fi dis' type of music. I got the dance hall music for my dance hall fans, I've got the slow melodies, the RnB. It is a fusion of different kinds of styles," Peter Miles said.

He divulged that the upcoming album has been produced by a German record label to which he signed in 2007.

It has collaborations with artistes like Honorable, Daville and many others.

Peter Miles first announced that he was working on the final touches of the album in 2018, indicating that everything will be done by 2019. He, however, did not release it due to reasons best known to him.

Addressing his music break, Peter Miles said he was investing in his marine business and family.

"Music is something I do for the love of it and you do not retire from something you love. Even when I was starting out, it was not something I was doing for money, so when it started coming in, it was a bonus," he told Daily Monitor.

Peter Miles is known for songs like Onkuba, Nyinimu, One Time, Muwala and many others.
