Nina Roz Opens Up on Doing Drugs, Her Tattoos and Pregnancy Rumours

Over the past few years, a number of Ugandan artistes have had to be forced into rehab due to drug addiction. Most artistes who’ve undergone the experience never speak out, with many opting to keep it private.

However, Ugandan musician Nina Roz recently confessed to using drugs in the past, but noted that she did not reach the level of being forced into rehab.

"I don't use drugs anymore. I will not say that I do not know artistes that use them. Personally I have ever and this is another story that I will not let fans use against me. I thank God that I got another chance to be alive again and speak against it.

"I have used drugs quite different from the ones people have used. But I thank God that I have never reached on the level of going to rehab," she narrated.

Regarding her tattoos, she divulges that they are a symbol of empowerment.

"I have gone through low self-esteem; not to be powerful, confident and not to feel beautiful. Some people even make me feel abnormal because of my height but I did not create myself. So I went through all this pain of tattooing to remind me that I'm beautiful," Nina Roz said.

She dismissed rumours that she is pregnant, adding that her focus is currently on producing good music for her fans.
