New Music Nigeria - 9ice ft. Reminisce & Olamide – "Ojamajemi"

Alexander Abolore Adegbola Adigun Alapomeji popularly known as 9Ice has teamed up with Reminisce and Olamide to release a hit banger Ojamajemi.
Taking to his Instagram page on 19th May 2020, 9ice introduced the music and shared a snippet and a feel of the song and which he shared fully 2 days later.

The new single, “Ojamajemi,” is an amalgam of pop and Afro music, with 9ice, Reminisce and Olamide vocals setting stage and view of joyful individuals full of appreciation, while at the same time conveying themes of gratefulness during these hard times.
9ice who started to his own songs at the age of 14 released his first single “Little Money” in 2000. He draws inspiration from the likes of Pasuma wonder, Ebenezer Obey, King Sunny Ade, Tatalo Alamu and the late Alhaji Haruna Ishola.
His style is a perfect blend of Yoruba proverbs and English. 9ice compares himself to Youssou N’Dour and Yvonne Chaka Chaka who embraced their mother tongue.
9ice first album “Certificate” did well with hit songs like Little Money, Ganja Man, Make Dem Talk and Music Daddy.
One could possibly say that was the beginning of success for the singer when he released another hit single “Gongo Aso” which became street anthem among fans an a party starter for DJ’s at various clubs.
His “Gongo Aso” album which is his second, is centered on his success, originality, partying and women. It gave birth to the rise of the hit single “Street Credibility” featuring 2face Idibia.
