Tanzanian singer Whozu has dropped a new love track dubbed ‘Mi Amor’.
‘Mi Amor’ is a song that shows a guy grappling with his emotions, constant manifestations and relief of what true love feels like.
The video was shot in studio during a session, and has been well done with a mix of good transitions giving the audience a chance to enjoy the music easily.
“Aa inua mkono mama, moyo wangu mweupee, Ishara ya mapenzi mama,Ishara ya mapenzi mama,Ooooh Mi Amor. Ahhh baby sinzia kufuani fofofo, tega leo zamu yako,Nai pania kamia kyako show…..” the song’s lyrics read in part.
‘Mi Amor’ was done in partnership with Konektd, a music platform that showcases exceptional talents from all roots of Africa.
Konektd majorly focuses on the most distinctive new artists and original sounds in an increasingly fragmented and saturated scene.
Whozu has been on the music scene for a while now and this partnership may have just been convenient especially for this time when artistes are struggling with their productions.
For now, the hope is to reach a bigger audience through this platform. So far, the video is out and gaining good viewership on YouTube.
