Tanzanian singer Ibraah has suffered a setback after his song ‘Wawa’ featuring Nigerian superstar JoeBoy was deleted from YouTube.

An overview of Ibraah’s YouTube channel shows that the song dubbed ‘Wawa’ is no longer available.

The song is off his debut EP ‘Steps’ under the Konde Worldwide record label.

By press time, no communication had been availed from the label regarding the song’s deletion from the streaming platform.

One of the possible reasons for the deletion might be copyright issues something that has also affected Harmonize to a large extend.

Harmonize who dropped his ‘Afro East’ album under the label saw several songs get pulled down from various streaming platforms over copyright issues.

The songs were later restored following interventions by the label management.

The ‘Steps’ EP was meant to introduce Ibraah to his fans. The project is made up of five songs where he featured Skibii, Joe Boy and Harmonize.

He is the first artist to be signed under the label founded by Harmonize following his exit from Wasafi.

One of the EP’s lead single already has a video that is doing well, and trending at number one on YouTube in both Kenya and Tanzania.
