Wurld to Unveil His New Project 'AfroSoul' In a Live YouTube, Instagram Session

Nigerian singer and songwriter Sadiq Onifade, known professionally as WurlD will on Friday be officially releasing his new body of work titled 'AfroSoul'.
The singer who is also a popular record producer has been counting down to the big day with a weekly release of some of the songs contained in Extended Play (EP) that has 6 tracks.
So far, Wurld has officially released three songs off the EP; 'Love Nobody', 'Ghost Town', and 'Wayo'.
The songs are a blend of his favorite genres which are electronic, soul and pop.
In a post on his social media pages ahead of D-Day for the 'AfroSoul' EP, Wurld who was born in Lagos, Nigeria and later relocated to Atlanta, Georgia to pursue a secondary education and record music said he will be launching the new project in a live YouTube and Instagram session.

Other songs in the EP are National Anthem (Growing Wings)', 'Story', and 'Can’t Come Outside'.
Apart fron unveiling the new project, Wurld will also be treating his fans whose birthday falls between May 15-17 with a special gift.
"If your birthday falls btw may 15th and 17th 2020, I’ll be calling you personally to sing, chat and vibe with you on IG live. Send any form of proof via DM to #BirthdaysongPalmiwineRiddim #BSPR #AfroSoul," he tweeted.
Wurld who released his debut EP titled Evolution in 2013 had a successful year in 2019 with his hit single 'MAD' and a joint effort with American-born Nigeria singer Davido titled 'Sweet In The Middle'.
This will be Wurld's third project in barely a year and few months.
"My 3rd project in 14 months drops on Friday.. what a wow!!! Gods plan #AfroSoul #ILGWT #Loveiscontagious," the singer and record producer tweeted on Tuesday, May 12.
He had also released a joint EP with Nigerian record producer and musician SARZ dubbed 'I Love Girls With Trouble'.
