DMW Drops Visuals for ‘Mafa Mafa’ That Features Davido, Dremo, Peruzzi and Flowolf

The Davido Music Worldwide record label commonly referred to has DMW has released the official visuals for a hit single ‘Mafa Mafa’ that saw Davido, Dremo, Peruzzi and Flowolf team-up.
Produced by Nakademus, ‘Mafa Mafa’ is the first single from DMW. It was released in March.
Prior to the release of the song, Davido had shared what he tagged as ‘Mafa Mafa’ dance that had sleek dance moves.
In the visuals directed by Director Q that premiered on May 13, the set-up is simple but the video is still captivating and an interesting watch.
Interestingly, the video has no usual expensive top-of-the-range vehicles and several dancers common in most Nigerian videos. In fact, it has only one scene of a video vixen dancing to the tune.
This can largely be attributed to the fact that the video might have been shot during the lockdown period in Nigeria.
‘Mafa Mafa’ is an amazing street banger with easy to dance to beats.
Within the first 13 hours of the premier, the video had garnered over 34,000 views on the American online video-sharing platform, YouTube.
The song is largely in Yoruba with the singers exchanging verses.
‘Mafa Mafa’ is a Yoruba word loosely translated to English as ‘don’t pull it’.
DMW is a record label owned by Davido and has several artists who have released various collaborative projects.
Apart from the artists that teamed up for the ‘Mafa Mafa’ song, DMW also has Mayorkun, DJ Ecool and Indowest as some of the artists it has signed.
