Swangz Avenue Hosts Successful Mega Online Concert

Top Ugandan record label Swangz Avenue over the weekend organized an online concert, where they entertained their fans with top hits from several top artistes and DJs.
The concert dubbed 'Uganda Strong and United' was held in collaboration with House of DJs to connect fans through live music in a concert to support the fight against COVID-19.
The organizers lived up to the main cause of the concert; carrying the message of hope and applauded health workers who have taken part in the fight against corona virus.

Besides speeches from influential public figures, we had a number of artistes lined up for the show.
Some of the top musicians who performed include; Winnie Nwagi, Vinka, Azawi, Ykee Benda, Lydia Jazmine, Dre Cali, Sheebah, The Mith, Free Boy, Fik Fameica, Karole Kasita, Benon and Vamposs.
The show streamed live on Sunday, May 03, 2020, on their social media platforms, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram and Facebook under the hashtag #UGSTRONG.
It was nice and really entertaining to see Winnie Nwagi performing her trending song Kwata Essimu featuring Free Boy, from the comfort of her home.
Benon and Vamposs also performed together after a long time. Even though they were not in the same room, fans were able to feel the vibe from the good old days.
