Guardian Angel Releases New Song ‘Nakuhitaji’ [Video]

Award-winning gospel musician Guardian Angel has dropped a new song dubbed ‘Nakuhitaji’.
‘Nakuhitaji’ is a Swahili word that loosely translates to ‘I Need You’. In the new release, Guardian Angel explains why he needs the Almighty Lord in his life.
He underscores that his life is useless without the Lord in it, and narrates incidents from the Bible where the Lord helped His people to overcome challenges.
“Nakuhitaji wewe, bure bila wewe.. Wee ulishinda kifo na mauti, tukapata msamaha wa dhambi, kwa kifo chako tulikombolewa, kwa kifo chako tulikombolewa, Mungu wa kweli ni wewe…,” the song’s lyrics read in part.

Listening to the song, you get to appreciate the fact the Guardian Angel is vocally talented, as he hits the high notes with ease, and plays around with his voice creating a nice melody.
The video has been shot in Nairobi CBD which is largely abandoned due to the corona virus pandemic.
Barely a day after it premiered, the video is doing well online, with over 11,000 views on YouTube.
The new release is timely, and comes at a time when the faithful across the world need to be reminded that, despite COVID-19 bringing the world to a standstill, we still have a God in heaven, and he is able to save us.
