Tanzania’s Music group Madee has dropped a new song dubbed ‘Pombe’ featuring Wasafi’s Rayvanny.
‘Pombe’ is a feel good song that revolves around people taking their stand on not going home or work until they are done having their usual drinks.
“Hatuendi Shambani, Haturudi nyumbani hata hapa aje nani mpaka tumalize pombe...” the song’s lyrics read in part.

The pomp and dance in the song has been well done, highlighting how much people love drinking especially the homemade liquor.
‘Pombe’ has adopted the sengere style of dancing in cycles, which is almost the same as the mduara, but a little faster.
A day after it premiered, the video is doing fairly well on YouTube with over 25,000 views.
It is Rayvanny’s second collaboration in a span of a week having featured on Rosa Ree’s ‘Sukuma Ndinga’ remix.
Meanwhile, Rayvanny has slowed down on releasing new music, opting to drop collaborations with local and international artistes.
For close to one month, he has not dropped any singles, with his last top hits being; Ex-Boyfriend and a corona sensitization song where he featured a speech by President John Magufuli.
It is not clear whether this is a strategy by his label, or he is just taking his time, but all the same, t is working in favour of other artistes who are getting a chance to work with him, and improve their craft.
