Swangz Avenue, House of DJs Set to Host Major Online Concert

One of the biggest record labels in Uganda Swangz Avenue is set to host a major online concert in partnership with House of DJs.
The concert dubbed 'Uganda Strong and United' is meant to bring fans together, and spread sensitization messages against COVID-19.
Reports from the organizers indicate that the concert will have a message of hope to all the affected persons, and will also applaud health workers who are the front liners in the fight against COVID-19.

“In these extremely challenging times, we would like to share our heartfelt support and solidarity with all Ugandans with a reminder of how resilient we are as a nation. This is tough but will definitely pass and we should together start plotting recovery and living post-Covid-19. We are strong United,” Benon Mugumbya, Director Swangz Avenue said.
The show will be streaming live on Sunday, May 03, 2020, from 12 to 7 pm on their social media platforms under the hashtag #UGSTRONG.
"...Life under lock down has been a challenge, but life after lock down will be even more challenging. It is time to think and act with strategy,” House of DJs Director James Byaruhanga opined.
