Rekless Drops New ‘Saliti’ Freestyle Video

Top Kenyan rapper reckless, who is also a member of Ethic music group, has dropped a new freestyle video dubbed ‘Saliti’.

‘Saliti’ is a Swahili word that loosely translates to ‘Betray’. In the song, Rekless hits out at a snitch who he claims betrayed him, and as such, has completely lost his trust.

The new release has amazing lyrics with perfect rhymes, and is one of those hits that you’ll keep listening to over and over again.

The beats are slow and blend perfectly well with Rekless’ verses. All through the song, you get to hear what he says, while enjoying the beat.

Unlike his role in Ethic where he mostly does the chorus, in the new release, you get to listen to him for an entire 2 minutes.

Listening to the new release, you get to appreciate the fact that Rekless is indeed one of the best rappers and lyricist that this country has seen.

‘Saliti’ is his third single in a period of two months. Last month he dropped ‘Lawama’ which dominated the airwaves for quite some time.

Listening to all his three freestyle songs, you get the feeling that Rekless should consider pursuing a solo career, or invest more of his time on solo projects, in addition to his role at Ethic.

Meanwhile, Ethic made headlines recently after the released a controversial video that angered a section of their fans.
