Jose Chameleone Set to Entertain Fans with Online Concert during his Birthday

Since the corona virus pandemic has put live shows, concerts and public gathering on pause, Ugandan musicians are heeding to the directives of Ministry of Health and resorting to online concerts.

Legendary Ugandan musician Joseph Mayanja commonly known as Jose Chameleone was supposed to be performing in a sold out "Ggwanga Mujje legendary" concert on May 29, however, due to the virus, the same has been affected.

In a bid to console his fans, Chameleone has announced that the concert will be live on his social media pages.

In a social media post, Chameleone noted that the concert had be rescheduled and will now happen on the 30th April 2020 at 7.30 EAT, running for a period of two hours.

The Leone Island boss noted that there will guest performances from a number of top artistes including; Pallaso, Weasel, King Saha, King Michael, Melody, Nina Rose and Denis Lama.

The show will also be streamed on Jose Chameleone's YouTube channel and will be hosted by Events MC and presenter Sheilah Salta.

Following the announcement, Jose Chameleone now joins the growing list of artistes using online platforms to entertain their fans during these tough times.

Over the weekend, Kenneth Mugabi, Navio, Irene Ntale, A Pass and Ykee Benda had live streams where they treated their fans to entertaining music.
