Hip hop has for years now strongly defined the music culture world wide more so in the Kenyan music scene since Hip hop artists form the foundation of the entertainment scene; which is why we choose to highlight and celebrate Hip hop artists.

Anchoring his career through popular music group Ukoo Flani, Zakah ventured into a solo career producing the massive hit 'Dandora Love'and though he had taken a long hiatus from the music scene he is now making his comeback to the music scene proving his worth as well as launching a new event that is set to celebrate the Kenyan Hip hop culture.

''The event is aimed at re branding myself after my long break and giving my fellow hip hop artists a platform to freely express themselves'' he exclusively shared during an interview with Mdundo.

Happening  at club Hypnotica in westlands, zakah will be hosting the Hip Hop show once again so fans and artists alike can go have a taste of the finest Hip hop Kenya has to offer.

You can check out some of his music right here on Mdundo and as you do have a look at our Hip hop throw back track of the day by the one and only Abbass Kubaff
