Ugandan artiste Desire Luzinda is back again with her parenting skills in a cute Q&A alongside her lovely daughter Mitchell.

The singer last year announced that she will quit secular music with her last album ‘Transition’, and embark on a gospel journey.

She also relocated to the US to be together with her daughter and she has been nothing but a doting mother.

In an half an hour session, Desire Luzinda discussed how she copes with being an inspiring, God driven and amazing mum to her 16-year-old daughter.

"In my opinion, being inspiring is what you choose to do. When I had my daughter, I said to myself I'm going to have the best relationship with her and then I also said to myself I have to work hard. Remember, I had a child when I was 19 and my family was not very amused. They were really mad but very supportive and the only way I could repay them was being successful,” she said.

"Those two things have always motivated me. They have always been the driving force to me working hard and not giving up despite everything that happens to me. That way you become an inspiration. Inspiration is the outcome of your actions. That way, someone finds you inspiring," she added.

On why she suddenly decided to pursue gospel music and change her life, Desire noted that it was all about her personal growth.

"My giving life to God, was about growth. As you grow, you face so many difficulties in life and you mature. The things I've gone through, I realised what God has done for me and how he is with time through all situations. You get to realize that the things you have adored can't save you in anyway. So that drives me to love my God," she opined.
