COVID-19 has forced thousands of people to work from home. However, many aren’t fully able to do so especially artistes. With both private and public transport limited for emergency use only, it is a rough time for the music industry right now.

This lock down has mostly affected the artistes that do not own personal recording studios at or any near their homes.

Many of them cannot work on their music or release any songs because they are unable to access the services or do not have means of transport to the studio.

Chris Evans recently cried out to the government asking them to provide a car to take him to studio because he has a very important message to communicate to Ugandans but he is stuck at home, unable to access studio.

Only a few artistes like Bebe Cool, Jose Chameleone, A Pass among others are spending their time in studio working on their projects.

In view of the above, renowned Ugandan singer and songwriter Geosteady Blackman has provided mobile studio services for artists who are unable to access the studio.

"We Kicked off this Quarantine Lock down period with mobile studio recording where we move with all our equipment to yours with Sean Pro," Geosteady shared.

His first session was with young rapper Fik Fameica.
