On Tuesday, Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni announced an extension of Uganda’s COVID-19 lock-down for 21 days.

As soon as Big Talent boss Ediirisa Musuza alias Eddy Kenzo heard the news, he took to his social media pages to lament about the prolonged quarantine.

However, much as it is good for the country, Eddy Kenzo revealed that he could not take it anymore.

In the same statement, the ''Signal'' hit maker jokingly suggested that he was willing to sell his newly acquired Toyota Land Cruiser V8 and anyone willing should send him money via Western Union.

Following the comments from the fans, Eddy Kenzo has come out to retract his statement claiming that he just tweeted to attract people's attention.

He revealed that he was not that broke to the extent of selling his car.

"Yesterday I played on your minds and you believed me. I was joking, I'm not happy to be on a foreign land because I spend a lot but I'm not doing that bad to sell my car. It was a joke..." Eddy Kenzo posted.

The Big Talent boss had traveled to Ivory Coast for a concert, and before he could come back, he was locked out of the country when President Museveni ordered a total shutdown of the Entebbe International Airport, and all borders both on land and in the air in response to containing the spread of the Corona virus.
