"Jose Chameleone: Anger is the worst negative emotion. Avoid acting on it! Anger is dangerous. Being an emotion that reacts on external stimulus. Anger uses up your adrenaline and reduces your ability to think and speak rationally. You may not know in real-time but you always lose: Whenever you act on anger you lose," he shared.
His message comes after a video circulated on social media platforms showing Jose Chameleone in a fight with the Ugandan Revenue Authority over taxes for his new Toyota Land cruiser V8.
The singer on Sunday 13th April 2020 was driving to Bulange Mengo where he was slated to perform on a BBS Telefayina Live TV show when he was stopped by the officials.
In the video, the officials are heard asking Chameleone to produce the documents showing his car’s registration but he was not ready to comply with their orders.
In an angry voice, Jose Chameleone tries to explain that he did not move with the registration documents in his car.
The officer ordered him to go back and pick them from home and it was at this point that Jose Chameleone lost it and shouted back.
He was later allowed to proceed, with reports indicating that URA officials managed to clamp down the car later on.
