Zlatan Ibile Cancels ‘Zanku To The World Concert’, Announce The Dropping Of A New Project

Nigerian Singer and Songwriter Omoniyi Temidayo Raphael, known professionally as Zlatan has announced the cancelation of the Zanku To The World (ZTTW) concert.

The concert was scheduled for May 10, 2020, at the 02 Indigo in London, United Kingdom.

In a statement posted on his official Instagram account on Wednesday, April 8, Zlatan said the decision was reached following the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.
He said the new date for ZTTW concert “will be announced soon”.

Zlatan who in 2014 won the Airtel-sponsored One Mic talent show held in Abeokuta, Ogun State also took the opportunity to announce that he was working on a new project.

“On behalf of the team, we also with great pleasure announce the dropping of a new project ‘CDK’ which will be dropping anytime soon, so let’s brace up and make ourselves happy with the lovely tunes, to the GBESE community prepare your dancing shoes,” read part of the Instagram post.

Towards the end of 2018, Zlatan released a single titled ‘Zanku’, with a new dance routine of the same name which he is famously known for as Zanku master.

“It’s of great concern due to the recent pandemic we decide to publicly announce the cancellation of ZTTW(zanku to the world) which was scheduled for the date 10th May 2020 at the O2 indigo in London, for these reasons new date will be announced soon. To all the great people of the world supporting the brand Zanku we encourage you as these are trying times where we get to reflect on a lot of things in our lives on how to affect the world positively despite the ills of the human society, so, therefore, I besiege all to hang in there and use this period to work on self-discovering because truth be told you can never love the world if you don’t learn to love yourself. We also want to use this as a medium to appreciate the Doctors, pharmacies, Food outlets and government for putting their lives at risk of making the world a better place. We all fighting for the good of the world. On behalf of the team, we also with great pleasure announce the dropping of a new project ‘CDK’ which will be dropping anytime soon, so let’s brace up and make ourselves happy with the lovely tunes, to the GBESE community prepare your dancing shoes.
