With no shows and canceled concerts and tours across the globe, life is very boring, I mean musically boring.

To kill the boredom, Nigerian singer Burna Boy came up with this superb idea, to engage his fans live on Twitter.

This is where the fans were allowed to ask anything and everything about the artist’s personal life, music and anything related to him.

It is during the question and answers session that Burna Boy, famed for his hit song ‘Like to Party’ opened up on a variety of issues that some or maybe many had no idea about.

First, one Twitter user asked the singer why he had opted to pick his mother as a manager.

“Why did you choose your mum as your manager….” read part of a tweet by a user SUNBLIZZ.

Burna Boy’s answer was classic; “Because she is the only person qualified to talk to me and she is the only living human being that I truly 100% trust.”

Perhaps if you had no idea that Burna Boy’s manager was his real mother then now you know.

Then came another one, more of a very personal question; whether the singer officially known as Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu had a child, and if not why he had not thought of having one.

A user identified as @Burna_don tweeted; “Talking about all the challenges and the hardships u went 2ru….why are you not motivated to have a kid or do you have 1 already that we don’t know?”

In response, the 28-year-old Burna Boy suggested that he is not yet confident that he can be stable to take care of a family.

“I just want to be a good a parent to my children as my parents were and still are to me and my sisters. Until I’m confident that I can be stable and settle with the mother of my kids I can’t have kids,” he noted.

Aside from personal life, there were also numerous questions about his music career, one being the most challenging collaboration he has ever done.

And the answer was; "Most Challenging was @angeliquekidjo cuz Iooked for her since 2011 and only got to work with her in 2019.”

Burna Boy featured Benenise legend Angelique Kidjo and Damian Marley in a song dubbed ‘Different’ that was released in 2019.

With his latest song ‘Odogwu’ largely in Yoruba, one Twitter user wondered how he was fluent in Yoruba yet he grew up in ph city.

A majority of people living in Port Harcourt (PH) side are of the Igbo origin.

“Do you have connections with Yoruba?” asked omostrong with Burna Boy simply replying; “My mother’s side.”

He also revealed that nobody writes his songs and that he has only been helped once in writing a song, by one artist Peruzzi who is now signed to the Davido Music Worldwide (DMW) record label.

“For the record I have never had any help writing any song ever. Except one time and that was with @Peruzzi.”

Asked about whether he is working on any projects, Burna Boy revealed that he would be dropping a new album in July this year.

He was however quick to point out that it would only happen if the current Coronavirus pandemic will have been handled.

Burna Boy also said the new album will be titled ‘Twice as Tall’, a name he picked from a piece of advice from singer Angelique Kidjo after he missed out on the Grammy awards.

“Should we expect a Burna boy album this year,” asked Uncle Riddy with Burna Boy replying; “That’s the plan, as long as this Coronavirus thing does not end our usual normal lives.”

He also gave further details of the new album when he answered a question on how he felt losing Grammy.

“Sick. Totally sick. But my musical mother @angeliquekidjo told me everything I needed to understand about the Grammys. So now I’m “Twice as Tall” (that’s the name of my next album by the way dro
