Veteran Kenyan gospel musician Eko Dyda has dropped a new tune dubbed ‘Holy Ghost Fire’ featuring Dsense’.
‘Holy Ghost Fire’ is all about the power of the Holy Spirit, with the two musicians asking God to shower them with the power and anointing of the Holy Spirit.
The song is inspired by the Holy scripture in the Book of Acts Chapter 1:8 which says “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
In view of the above, the duo hope to receive the same power and become witnesses in their different areas.
Towards the end of the song, Eko Dyda affirms that God is all powerful and nothing is too big or tough for him to handle, and therefore he will believe in Him alone and no one else.
“Yahweh we ndio badder than, sio mtu other than, hakuna kitu ngumu kwako kweli wewe ndio harder than,” the song’s lyrics reading part.
The song has some reggae vibe, in a mixture that has seen Dancehall meet hiphop, all in praise to the Lord.
So far only the audio version has been released with the video expected later on. Barely a day after it premiered, the audio is doing okay on YouTube with over 1,000 views.
