The rapid spread of corona virus has caused panic and lead to a standstill in most parts of the World.

A lot of measures like personal hygiene, proper hand washing and staying at home have been put in place to curb the spread of the virus.

Musicians have also joined the fight against COVID-19, by releasing sensitization songs.

Over the weekend, Ugandan musician Ykee Benda teamed up with a number of artistes to help sensitize the masses about the disease and help promote the Government's directives.

In studio, the Mpaka Record boss was joined by King Saha, legendary Joanita Kawalya, the B2C trio, his new signing Dre Cali, smallest rapper Feffe Bussi, saxophonists; Myco Ouma and Jose Sax on a song titled 'Corona'.

"Corona is here and it is real,” the lyrics of their song say.

‘Corona’ is more of a wakeup call to Ugandans to realise how deadly and serious the disease is.

What makes this song unique are the jazz sessions from both Ouma and Jose Sax.

"We have a common enemy. We are fighting one battle,” Ykee called upon Ugandans to sanitize all the time, wear a mask, wash their hands and not to touch their faces.

The audio was produced at Mpaka Records and just like most of the videos, it was recorded in studio during a recording session.
