Usher features Ella Mai in New Single 'Don't Waste My Time' and a Summery Video

One of the kings of RnB is back and is back with a great bop in hand. Usher has just dropped his new song ‘Don’t Waste My Time’ featuring Ella Mai and a hot video to accompany the audio.
‘Don’t Waste My Time’ is a feel good love song; I am hitting on you and so if you are feeling me/this vibe, let us roll but don’t lad me on if you are not down for this.
The feel good rhythm and flow of the lyrics is laid on a feel good beat too. It is a catchy fast-paced beat with little touches of the bass making it all soft and mellow. Usher and his killer pitches and notes does a great job putting his vocals over the song. Ella Mai with her signature ‘explosive nasal’ voice does great to keep up with the pace and on beat with Usher. They both harmonize beautifully both individually and together.
The video is set on a black cook-out/party. It has appearances from all the celebrities we love; Uncle Snoop in the kitchen, Jermaine Dupri on the decks, King Combs cutting it on the floor and many more. The director chose a tropical theme to go with; clothes, location and all the colours on there.
