Weekend 1 in Quarantine #QuarantineOnlineParty Wrap Up

It is week 2 of Quarantine for us Kenyans; and clubs and restaurants are all closed down to facilitate this and so people will be partying in the house for another weekend. This is a wrap up of all the parties that happened on weekend 1 and what might still happen this weekend.
South Africa was on fire for people who stayed indoors and I can tell you South Africans can dance from morning to the next morning. PH put together a concert with the hottest DJs in the area. He put them in a booth one after the other for a one hour session each. In the line-up was DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small, DJ Zinhle, Black Motion, Shimza and PH himself. Facebook was on fire with the official #QuarantineOnlineParty.
All the way in Kenya, Sauti Sol held a concert for their people on Instagram. They gave shout outs, sang fans favourites and went offline without a warning. They have however promised to come back on the 28th of March on YouTube for a live concert and they have promised to give us a better concert.
On the international front, DJ D Nice has been keeping the people of the internet entertained on his Instagram. He has been putting together concerts almost every single day encouraging people to stay home and stay entertained.
This weekend promises Sauti Sol and hopefully more artists and DJs to bring the party to our homes. Follow Sauti Sol for more details on their concert in the meantime.
