Renowned Tanzanian musician Mbosso has released a new song dubbed ‘Tamba’ that is set to capture the entire East African region.

The new release is all about love with a major mix of the Swahili upbeat culture, which makes it easy to dance to.

He starts off the song by boasting how much he loves his woman, and asks her to prepare him some bathing water as he is on his way home with a surprise.

Trust Swahili artistes when it comes to being all metaphorical in describing what love is all about. There is a point where he says, “…….Nguru usimtoe chumvi ndio ladha yake, muunge tu nipe na chuzi na nyama yake, eeeh kula ya mbuzi ni kamba yake, ye kingamuzi ni dishi lake….” with the little Swahili I gathered, this is the best thing one can use to describe their feelings to the one they love.

As usual, Wasafi’s big producer Lizzer Classic created the song’s beat, and clearly it is worth your time.

So far only the audio version has been released with the video expected later.

A few hours after it premiered, ‘Tamba’ has managed over 30,000 views on  YouTube, an indication that it is set to be a major hit.
