Nigeria Music Industry! Yet to reach its full potential.

Legendary music producer, Samuel Oguachuba who is popularly known as Samklef has fully understood the concepts of branding is using his voice to raise awareness, educate and be identified in the vast industry in Nigeria.

Samklef took to his twitter handle to highlight one of the pertinent issues facing the industry. He said," I’m tired of begging for collaboration from your artist...I knew most of them b4 they became stars... they only reach out when they need something from u once they get what they want they go mute."

This comes in a wake of a series of tweets by Nigerian "big boys" alleging that they are the greatest as far as music is concerned since Fela. Samklef in voicing his concern has added that according to him, Olamide has earned himself a special sit in the music industry as he has helped many artists in defining their destinies and should not be compared with anyone.

Sharing on Twitter, he wrote in part: “He has his own special sit in the Nigeria industry. He should not be compared with. Olamide.”

Well articulated, this would hopefully build the kind of tribal loyalty that causes normal people to sell everything they own and follow you on for the rest of their lives.
