Celebrated Kenyan gospel musician Moji ShortBabaa has released a new song dubbed ‘Amini’.

‘Amini’ is a Swahili word that loosely translates to ‘Believe’ in English, and encourages faithful to believe in the Almighty God and His works.

The new release is an encouragement to those going through a difficult time that if they believe God will surely help them.

In ‘Amini’ Moji encourages faithful that nothing is too big or difficult for God to handle.

“Ukifika kwa Kona, Ndo mazuri utaona, Ndo utukufu wake, Ye hawachi Wana wake… Ata wakati unadhania, Maisha yako ni bandia, Shida zakuvamia, Amini zaidi mara Mia,” the song’s lyrics read in part.

’Amini’ is timely and comes as an encouragement at a time when the world is battling with the corona virus, that has left thousands dead.

Moji ShortBabaa is one of the most consistent gospel musicians in the country at the moment, and has been releasing one hit after the other.

In the past two months, he has released several singles and featured in several other projects with artistes including David Wonder.

His unique style of music and comical nature has endeared him to the Kenyan audience, making him one of the most sought after urban gospel musicians.
