AFRIMA rises to higher grounds with huge endorsement deal!!

Everyone wants to be on the top of the mountain but how you get there is what differentiates conquerors from subjects and the lesser.

African music has been on that “mountain” trying to reach the peak for quite a while now. Having recently spread our African Beat to the rest of the world the the possibility of dominating the music world might become a reality.

And who better sells the African dream to the rest of the world than the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA)? And the African Union Commission(AUC) have come to aid their vision by endorsing them

“These are the kind of initiatives the AU is interested in being associated with as they contribute to the integration of our beloved continent. I therefore express our support to the initiative and look forward to working with you in this continent-wide project”, Kaloko stated.

Reacting to the endorsement from AU, AFRIMA Co-Producer/Regional Director, East Africa, Mr. Mike Strano said: “The AUC received AFRIMA with open arms and minds during our visit to Addis Ababa in March and seemed enthusiastic about the awards project.”

“Nevertheless, we are encouraged by the All Africa Music Awards (AFRIMA) is a continental showpiece conceptualized to communicate the rich musical and cultural heritage of Africa from an indigenous perspective.” Added the Regional Director.  

The award is telling the African story with Africa’s voice and positioning the continent’s creative industries for global competitiveness through the various activities on the awards event calendar.

Now artists have no excuse as to why they are not breaking into the larger market. AFRIMA and AU got you sorted all you have to do is make quality good music.
