East Africa’s largest music talent show Tusker Project Fame 6 is set to officially kickoff this Sunday.
The show which has been rejuvenated this year will include a new co-host Joey Muthengi and will take a different approach with the teams. Each team will have up to three members being allowed to participate.
Moreover, the 15 contestants from the 6 different East African Countries, who will be shortlisted to the academy, will appear before new faces of faculty members and panel of judges.
The contestants will battle for the ultimate prize of 5 million shillings and a one-year recording contract.
Tusker is also set to introduce a new system of rewarding the large number of dedicated fans who grew to a whopping 8.4 million last year by launching a watch and win system.
Some of thrilling gifts have been lined up for fans include;
- A jackpot cash prize of Kshs 2 million
- Weekly cash prize of Kshs 500,000 each, for 1 winner on Saturday and 1 winner on Sunday
- Over 400 people will win cash prizes daily
