Mdundo awards winner Kanana, working on a new single

Kanana, one of the fastest rising female artists in Kenya has expressed her joy after bagging an award for the most downloaded song by a female artist at the just concluded Mdundo awards.
In an exclusive interview with Mdundo, the "Ni Mapenzi tu" hit maker expressed her joy towards winning the award
"I am very happy and humbled at the same time, "Mapenzi" is my debut single and i have already managed to win an award. the win motivates me even more to get down to business and do more music for my fans," she stated enthusiastically.
Kanana also revealed that she is already working on a new single titled "Mbali" which will be out as soon as possible.
"Currently i am shooting a video to my new solo single "Mbali" which will be coming out in the course of next month, it's also a love song and i know my fans will love it," she concluded
