Wyre to perform in Dallas,U.S.A at the AFRIMMA Awards

Kenyan Reggae and Dance-hall artist, Wyre, will be flying out this July on the 26th to Dallas, U.S.A for the African Muzik Magazine Awards(AFRIMMA).

These awards are the biggest music awards as far as the diaspora is concerned. Wyre will be performing alongside other African music acts such as, Uganda's Navio, Nigeria's Davido, Tanzania's Diamond, Congo's Fally Ipupa and International music act T-Pain.

Wyre's twitter handle clearly read, "Big up @FlyEthiopianAir for being our official airline for the @afrimma Awards in Dallas on the 26th of July 2014. Respect... ". Clearly someone is steamed up about the event. But hey,with the above mentioned artists line-up, you don't have to be a genius to know why he is; It's not everyday you get such artists all performing on one stage you know?

The "Nakupenda Pia" singer recently got nominated for the  World's best male Artiste in the World Music awards alongside names such as Jay Z,Pharell and Asap Rocky. We wish Wyre the very best on both matters and as for the rather inquisitive.
