MPEREKERA STAR, JOSH BUXTON FOR CHARITY

Looks like charity and humanitarian ventures are not only a thing left to only the Angela Katatumbas of this world, as far as artistes are concerned.
Ugandan artiste Josh Buxton of the Mperekera fame has also taken same road.
The lanky artiste has since January been working on establishing an orphanage in his home- town,Bugiri in eastern Uganda. He has named this venture Stand-Up-4-Kids-With Josh Buxton, a project through which he hopes to use music to raise money for orphans and street children.
He has been doing a lot of awareness shows in church and elsewhere to popularise his cause and raise some funds to take care of the children.
"We have started demonstrating the love of Jesus to the little ones the best way we know how--music," Josh Buxton, whose Yesu Gwe Mwaana collabo is doing wonders, intimated to us.
Our snoops noted that he uses a lot of 'we' and not 'i'. By 'we' we assumed, he means him and his longtime girlfriend Mirembe Jennifer a white girl based in the United States whom he has dated for a year.
In this same charity arrangement, Josh Buxton has organised a charity show for the children he takes care of under his Stand-Up-4-Kids-With Josh Buxton project. He has dubbed the show 'SU4K Kids Christmas Party'. The show will go down on 23/12/2018 at Rest Assured Church, a new church in Bugiri town. The show is free of charge and Buxton hopes to serve children with lots of free food, music, entertainment, wisdom and of course gifts.
