After 10 years of success, P-SQUARE breaking up!!!

Award winning Nigerian duo of Peter and Paul Okoye popularly known as P-Square are breaking up.

According to a Nigerian Entertainment site, Jaguda.com, the two brothers have been having disagreements on a number of issues now ranging from Music, ideas and finances.

The two, who are managed by their elder brother Jude Okoye, are said to have fought during one of their rehearsal sessions prompting their dancers to separate them.

After the much publicized disagreement, Paul Okoye, one half of the duo took to his Facebook page to say a prayer for him and his brother Peter.

“After the storm comes the calm. Hoping for better days ahead as one family. God's intervention,” he posted

Their manager, Jude Okoye also shared his frustrations of the imminent breakup of the popular duo by tweeting…

 P-Square's breakup will be a huge blow to the African music scenes as it will spell an end to one of the greatest musical duos to ever come from the continent.

 The duo have been nominated in three categories; Best group, Artist of the year and Song of the year in the upcoming MTV Music Awards in South Africa.
