Anto Neosol asks stations to stop playing Nigerian music

Award winning artist Anto Neousoul is the latest artist from the region to join in the war against Nigerian music.
In an interview with Radio Citizen’s Willy M Tuva, Anto who recently dropped his debut Album “Starborn” urged local channels and TV stations in the country to stop playing Nigerian music and focus on developing the local industry,
“Let’s just stop playing Nigerian music and focus on our own, Nigerians don’t play our music in their country and I don’t understand why their music receives massive airplay here,” he said
The talented and soft spoken artist also opened up about his unique style of music and why he chose to take the career path,
“I chose this style a very long time ago even before I became popular, I was not going just to do any style of music because I wanted to be me and influence the world through my music, and I also think that we as Kenyans should focus on listening more of our local music” he added
