Being educated in Uganda is nothing

In uganda after graduation you only have to wait breaking news at home,when the government is running a project,instead of giving the chance for his graduates in the country,you only see him requesting engineers from other countries..
Recently the president launched a project connecting electricity to 287 sub-counties and he didn't burder to let ugandans work on it...the lesson we learned from this is that we are been fooled by hire ranks.
