NIGERIA: Davido Dedicates His Two Afrimma Awards To His Friends Who Passed On

Nigerian singer, Davido had a massive win in the just concluded Africa Muzik Magazine Awards & Music Festivals(AFRIMMA). Davido dedicated his awards to his close friends, Tagbo and Dj Olu who passed on days before he won the awards.

Davido won two awards in the category of Artist of the Year and Song of the Year in his hit song 'If'.

He wrote on Instagram;

"One for Olu,One for Tagbo! Nothing but love and support and positive energy came from you guys! Thanks for you guys for keeping me motivated! This is 'OUR' award. Thank you Afrimma! Thank you Lord."
