UGANDA: Geosteady Impresses At His First Major Concert

Geosteady impressed at his first major concert held at Imperial Royale hotel on Friday evening.

The singer who has been in the industry for six years treated his fans to a powerful live music experience that left revelers who turned up in big numbers for his concert yearning for more. By 8pm revelers had filled up Primrose hall at  Imperial Royale and the hotel staff were seen ferrying in extra seats to accommodate the overwhelming turn up.

Revelers warmed up to performances from different curtain-raisers who included Fille, King Saha, B2C, and Ykee Benda among others as they waited for the man of the evening to hit the stage.

Geosteady stepped on stage shortly after 10pm in an-ll white ensemble amid applause from the crowd. Backed by S & S band, the singer went on to take his fans on his music journey as he performed both old and new songs including, “Viola”, “Mbuuza”“Ndiwamululu”“Tokendeeza” and “Nawuuma” among others.

The evening was further spiced up with performances from Rwandan singers DJ Pius, Charly and Nina.

The concert went on till late after midnight as he concluded with a performance dedicated to his father who he brought on stage for the father-son moment as he noted that he is happy to finally make his parents proud.
