KENYA: Isaac Onkoba aka Chief Whip is the latest Artist to jump into the political arena

Youngster Chief whip whose real name is Isaac Onkoba is the latest artist to get into politics following the entry of his counterparts Charles Njagua aka Jaguar who is running for the Starehe Constituency Mp seat and Also Francis Hamisi aka Frasha who is running for an MCA seat
Chief whip who is also an artist signed to mdundo rose to fame in 2015 with his hitsong "Machete" which was ranked among the top most downloaded songs on mdundo among songs among songs by other veteran artists like Bahati, Sauti Sol and Mercy Masika.
In an interview with mdundo officials the talented artist who was also a student leader while in university revealed that it is true indeed that he was running for the Magenche Ward Mca seat in Kisii county as an independent candidate.
From a research carried out by an opinion poll company the statistics also shows that the out spoken youngster is far ahead a head of his 13 other aspirants with a 48% against his closest rival who is the incumbent MCA Timothy Ogugu 21% , Jackline Ogeto 13%, Benson Nyaundi 9% ,Others 8%
