American RnB star Chris Brown has been jailed.
According to MTV, the artist will return to jail for a month after being arrested on Friday for violating his probation,The judge judge cited his "inability to stay out of trouble" as grounds to keep him locked up until April 23..
The L.A. judge will hold a probation violation hearing on April 23, and if Chris is convicted in D.C, he's in big trouble; Worst case scenario he could be sentenced to 4 years in prison for violating probation in the Rihanna case.
Reports on American gossip website TMZ say that Chris was thrown out of rehab for violating three rules which one of them required the musician to stay at least two feet away from every woman in the facility, despite the rule; Chris was seen touching a woman’s elbow and hands.
The Award winning musician is also said to have refused to submit to a random drug test as required and was also overheard talking badly about the facility during a group therapy session.
Staying in rehab was a requirement of the judge pending his trial in D.C next month for assault.
Earlier this month, the RnB star revealed that he will release his 6th studio album “X” this year.
