Saiz 2 Biggy might not be a popular name in the music scene yet, but this young man is for sure set to take the gospel music industry by storm.
Having released his debut single “Wanauliza” that has been received well in the gospel fraternity, he is currently working on the video which he hopes will help anchor his position in the gospel entertainment scene,
“I am doing a video that can easily relate to the common mwananchi, the video will have a simple flow based on a theme I picked from the bible and it will be easy for many people to understand it,” he disclosed to Mdundo during an interview.
The soft spoken artist started out as a secular artist back in 2004 while still in secondary school and recorded a number of songs at Calif Records however his music never quite picked up with audiences.
Though he was raised in a christian family they always showed their support in his decision of doing secular music but it was not until last year in July that he made the decision to switch to gospel,
“Last year I went to Dubai for two months to visit my friends and that is where the thought of getting saved got into me, we used to go to church three days a week and I saw people of different races including Hindus worshipping God so when I came back home i decided to give my life to Christ,” he shared with Mdundo.
The upcoming artists also revealed that his main aim for doing music is to reach out to his fellow youths out there adding that entertainment only comes second to his priorities as an artist.
