Mdundo payment issue

Mdundo is good platform in Africa, but only problem with mdundo platform they are not review a song after being live on the platform. You will be surprised after upload music on your artsts page a song will be alive immediately and if there is anything wrong instead of notice you to change your details, you will be blocked your page, and loose million of downloads. I think they're working without understanding to they artists, and another terribly thing is that even if you can call them or email them only answer shall be you are free to open another account mdundo that is all, I never seen before platform that not wanted to resolve problems with his artists like mdundo. Is better platform but not good customers services, and you will not paid as what you think for 30000 and 22000 download never expected them to give even $50 dollars, but also you can't withdraw a little amount they will give to you till you reached $50. The truth is that for you as upcoming artist you can finish years without benefits, mdundo platform is for big artists not upcoming they are easy and quiet but not be on your side to look to help you for they no that they pay upcoming artist but big artists who will have more downloads like 100000 and earn little as $50 dollars that's why you see the global artists they are not on this platform and maybe they are not noticed that is because of weakness of payment and low amount.
