DJ Tarico, born Tárico Caifaz Samuel Simbine, is a multi-talented figure in Mozambique's music scene. Serving as a DJ, Hit Record Producer, Artiste, Composer, and Sound Engineer, he has become a global representative of Amapiano music. His debut album, 'Moz Piano,' released early in 2020, reflects the fusion of Amapiano with Mozambican pop music elements. Later in the same year, his self-produced international smash hit, 'Yaba Buluku,' featured a remix with Nigerian Grammy-winning superstar Burna Boy.
Nelson Tivane, an exceptional singer-songwriter and dynamic performer, is another noteworthy member of the Yaba Buluku Boyz. Hailing from Mozambique, Tivane brings a unique style to the trio, contributing catchy elements to their music.
